Web Editing with “TextWrangler” for Advanced Designers
Do you run a web page and frequently change your site's source code frequently? TextWrangler is for you! This app provides all the functionality a web developer needs to easily and efficiently modify every page, snippet, and element. With recognition of syntax and layering of multiple popular web programming languages, multiple document control, site wide modification options, and FTP support TextWrangler is a big app in a small package.
A note to beginner web developers: this is not a "what you see is what you get" web editor. In other words, this does not have options such as bold, insert image, add hyperlink, etc. You will need to know at a very minimum HTML to create a functioning web page.

I have used it. It’s really an awesome tool for advance developers but it’s not good for basic level developers. You should know the html tag for creating and editing any web application on it.
