I have had a chance to play with the Turbo.264 HD Video Converter app by Elgato for over a week now and have been very impressed. It is a powerful yet easy to use video converter that will read just about any video file and convert it to one of many popular formats. It's great for shrinking down a large video for your iPhone or sending a funny clip to YouTube.

Turbo.264 will let you drag and drop any video from your home video camera or movie folder. It then asks what you are going to be using the video for (Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, YouTube, HDTV, etc.). When you're ready, click Start and everything else is automatic. No setting up complicated video settings. Just fast and easy video conversion.
